How to request permanent deletion of your Krititto account and any data received from Facebook Login.
Email us from your registered address and we will start the deletion process for your account.
We may ask a few questions to confirm the request is really coming from the account owner.
Once verified, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
If you signed up or logged in to Krititto using Facebook Login, Facebook may share basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) with us to create your account. You can request that we delete this data, along with your entire Krititto account, at any time.
Send an email to support@krititto.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete your profile information, enrollment records, and any data received from Facebook within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, invoices needed for tax or accounting purposes).
If you only want to disconnect Facebook Login from your account without deleting the account itself, you can do this from your Facebook account's "Apps and Websites" settings, or let us know in your email and we will disconnect it on our end while keeping your account active.
